Hammersmith based sales recruitment specialist Sales Logic is looking to expand its West London team. If you have strong B2B sales / recruitment experience and would like to enter the fast past world of sales recruitment, maybe this is your calling ?

You will get fantastic training and initiation into the world of sales recruitment and will have the opportunity to dictate the future of your career. Successful consultants will progress rapidly within Saleslogic and management opportunities for the right individuals can present themselves as quickly as the first 6 – 9 months.

Your role will contain a mix of new business with account management, with an emphasis on a consultative approach to sales, developing and maintaining relationships and increasing your network. Using various sources, you will establish relationships with clients and candidates from grass roots up to MD level. In effect you will be running your own desk/business and will be responsible for all stages of the sales cycle.

Ideally you will be degree educated with some B2B sales experience. You must be able to demonstrate success in some aspect of either your personal or professional life. You must have the ability to present to senior level directors and have the drive and determination required to excel.
