Inside Sales - Social Media/Ecommerce solutions

IT Software, Permanent, London, up to £40K basic + 50% bonus

My client is a leading provider of Social Media CRM solutions. Their solutions allow their clients to gain competitive advantage by changing the way they interact with their customers on the web. They are currently looking for a talented, hungry internal sales executive to join their team and develop relationships with their target audience.

The role will see you dealing with in inbound enquiries, in addition to extensive outbound new business activity (email, phone and mail) in pursuit of fresh accounts. Your primary role will be to develop highly qualified sales leads for the field sales team, with responsibility for developing and implementing a territory plan. Although not essential, French or German language skills are deemed beneficial.

You should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience selling a technology based solution, preferably with the ecommerce or social media space. You should be adept at cold calling and not be afraid of picking up the phone to make things happen. You will need high energy, be self driven and have the desire to succeed and hit targets. You will be responsible for giving web ex presentations and should have working knowledge of salesforce.com and WebEx. Bilingual is highly beneficial.
