As a New Media agency they offer all the services you would typically associate with an agency such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) or Paid-for or Sponsored listings advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), or Natural Listings, Affiliate Marketing campaigns and Social Media optimization. In addition to this however they also have a unique training academy for those wishing to propel their career within the media industry. The selection criteria for this academy is stringent and only the very best applicants are chosen. The selected applicants are then put through a 10 week training course where they can earn accreditations.

Your role in this firm is to take the successful applicants and place them into new media marketing positions. This involves identifying a target list of companies and proactively marketing these candidates to the various new media organisations. This is role up the sleeves role with the typical deal size being around £5k.

Ideally you will have several years of recruitment experience within New Media and a proven track record of success.
You must be a ‘Heavy Hitter’ and a clear communicator with the sales drive to see a challenging sale through from start to finish.

The fortunate individual will enjoy a £35 – 45K (neg) base salary with a lucrative commission structure based on performance. This is a very rewarding company to work for with opportunities for hard workers and over achievers.
