Account Director - Sales & Marketing Training

Training, Permanent, London, £55-75K basic + Commission (£100K+ OTE)

UK Leader in Sales Training & Performance Improvement is Looking for a Strategic Client Director capable of targeting High end Corporate Clients across the South East.

Current clients (Case studies available) include the likes of O2, GE and PWC.

These guys practice what they preach and their business has grown consistently over the last 5 years by an average of 50% year on year in which they have been included in both the Deloitte top 50 and the Sunday Times fastest growing companies.


Client Directors will be based from office/home. You will need to be proactive and have the abilty to identify new business opportunities. You will be selling bespoke training, tailored to your clients needs and training will be blended solutions (classroom, e-learning and simulation). The role will see you selling to C level clients from with FTSE250 companies across all sectors.

The ideal candidate will have solutions sales experience selling to C level decision makers. You will be polished, have excellent relationship building skills, and be exceptional at presenting and closing deals. You should have a passion for training solutions and have a history of achieving and surpassing set targets. Targets will be set at £k per year and you should have pedigree of achieving such targets.

The Account Directors will be based from home and required to generate new business from within farmed accounts. You will need to be proactive and have excellent knowledge of the training market place. You will be selling bespoke training, tailored to your clients needs and training will be blended solutions (classroom, e-learning and simulation). The role will see you selling to C level clients from with FTSE250 companies across all sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience selling training solutions to C level decision makers in corporates. You will be polished, have excellent relationship building skills, and be exceptional at presenting and closing deals. You should have a passion for training solutions and have a history of achieving and surpassing set targets. Targets will be set at £k per year and you should have pedigree of achieving such targets.
