European Marketing Manager - Ecommerce Technology

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading provider of software and services in the digital marketing space. My client provides solutions based around Social Commerce and customer interaction and they are experiencing a massive period of growth. They are cash rich and expanding all areas of their business, namely marketing. They are looking for a European Marketing Manager to be based out of their London office to boost sales and market share in Benelux, France and German markets.

The role will be a challenge, on a day to day basis you will have hands on project management and execution on my client’s European business strategy. You will be responsible for;

• Building relationships with top industry ‘influencers’
• Manage market research
• Coordinate PR in France, Germany & Benelux
• Support lead-generation activities
• Produce and manage events throughout Europe,
• Influencing the overall direction of the company’s European Marketing strategy

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, having worked for a digital marketing, ecommerce Technology Company, or something related. You should have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and be fluent in English and French, and in an ideal world German too.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent project management experience and certifications
• 5+ years in marketing communications and lead-generation experience
• Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; Salesforce.com Campaign management a major plus
• Attention to detail and absolute focus on quality of work
