Sales Manager - Medical Solutions

Healthcare / Medical, Permanent, Home Based, £35-38k Basic + Commission + Car Allowance

My client is a young vibrant medical technology company who provide a variety of solutions to healthcare professionals globally. They have a unique and revolutionary product, which is used in burns units and private surgeries to prevent scarring and aid in the healing of open wounds.

Their solution is aimed primarily at Burn victims and their target market will be burns units found in 15 hospitals in the UK. My client has existing relationships with some of these hospitals, but not all, so the role will require you to develop existing relationships and establish new relationships. In addition to hospitals, my client also sells to private practices and plastic surgeons, so you will be expected to develop this market. You will be expected to work from home and be in the office once a month, so the role will be fairly autonomous and will require you to look after your own pipeline.

Successful applicants will have 3-4 years experience selling solutions to Healthcare professionals. These solutions will ideally be innovative and will require a consultative approach. The role is technically covering the whole of the UK and represents a great opportunity to move into a national role from a regional. Drivers licence is a must as is a good sales record over the past 3 years.
