Business Development Exec/Sales - Security Solutions

IT Software, Permanent, South East, £50K Basic - £100K OTE + £6k Car

My client is one of the fastest growing IT managed service providers in Europe. They work closely with their clients, large or small, to provide tailored solutions to their IT problems. Solutions and services they provide, cover areas such as Hosting, Data Management, unified Communications and security. They employ over 1500 people and are now looking for an exceptional sales person to join their team and sell Security solutions across the South East of England.

The role will see you selling my clients portfolio of software and Hardware solutions to corporate clients in London and surrounding areas. My client is a reseller/partner for some of the leading names within IT security solutions; Checkpoint, Symantec, Websense and you will be required to sell these solutions, amongst others to their clients. You will be given 200 accounts that have not been fully serviced and you will be required to proactively revisit all accounts and develop new business within them.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of, and experience of selling security solutions to corporate clients. Ideally you will come from a partner or reseller background as opposed to a Vendor background and you should be used to big ticket deals. The role is covering the South East of England and although there is an option to work from home, there is also a necessity to be near/commutable to one of their offices (Reading or London). You should be proactive and have experience selling security solutions and hitting demanding targets.
