Account Manager, German Speaking- e-Commerce Solutions

My client is a leading international e-commerce solutions company, with operations across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australasia. They are currently in a period of expansion across the European region, and are looking to add a top class German speaking Account Manager to their team, based in the UK. The successful candidate will be joining an extremely sociable team, and will be charged with liasing and managing the companies accounts in the German marketplace remotely from the London office. My client offers an e-commerce solution into online retailers, so you will be speaking to senior level people from a wide range of online retailers. The role is a very hands on account manager position, so you would be expected to offer more than just a phone call once a month; you would be offering continuous advice on how to optimise the usage of my clients products, supported by the in-house technical team.

This opportunity requires that you speak fluent German, so if you don’t into those brackets please do not apply. You will come from an e-commerce/online background, and will understand the online retai/ marketing solutions space. You will have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, and will preferably have a degree although this is not a ‘must’. You will be enthusiastic, anergetic and consultative in your approach to clients, and will be keen to better yourself, your account, and the company at any opportunity. I would also consider strong candidates from abroad, who have impeccable English language skills.
