Support Engineer- e-Commerce Solutions

My client is an international e-commerce solutions company, offering a bespoke solutions and service to online retailers worldwide. With a high level of respect within the industry, and plans for continual growth, this is a great opportunity to join their sociable team in the position of Support Engineer- one not to be missed!

The role will see you offering technical support to multiple clients at any one time, who have already had my clients solutions installed into their website, assisting with any slight problems or glitches that may arise. The role requires that you liaise with the client all the way through the process, making sure they are aware of what is going on at any one time.

The role requires a good understanding of both CSS and HTML, and people without these will not be considered. You will preferably have a degree in a computer related subject, and will have a minimum of two years experience within a role which requires you to offer technical support to multiple clients at any one time.
