Territory Sales Manager - Medical Devices/Capital Equip

Healthcare / Medical, Permanent, Home Counties - Hertfordshire - Bedfordshire - Buckingham, £35k Basic + £20K commission + Car/Allowance

My client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Medical Devices to the UK and Global markets. They have an excellent reputation and are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to look after the Home Counties; Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

The role will be field based selling to the community;

• PCT’s
• Equipment loan stores
• Distributors

The role will see you developing new relationships with new clients and generally increase market share in your territory. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be expected to manage and develop your own pipeline and report on a monthly basis to the national Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and relationship building skills and will possess a proven track record in new business wins. You should have experience selling medical devices/Capital equipment to PCT's and the community. You should have an excellent understanding of PCT's structures, how they operate and how to sell to them. Candidates must be self motivated, have initiative and the ability to work independently within a creative team environment.
