My client is a leading on-demand eCommerce platform solutions company with presence globally. They are currently expanding their operations across Europe due to continued success in the market, and are keen to add an Ecommerce Solution Strategist to their team. This is a great opportunity for a senior consultative person with industry experience to develop and push their career forward with a truly great company.

The position would see the successful candidate joining my clients EMEA operations, with a view to offering the following services to new and exisiting clients; merchandising, marketing, UI development, system integration and project management. You would be tasked with offering clients a consultative service, assisting them in optimising their usage of my clients’ services and solutions as they take them to market. The role can be based in either the UK or Germany. You would be expected to liaise closely with product management team in offering a superior service to the client base across the region, which almost exclusively consists of tier one online retailers.

The ideal candidate will come either from a senior position within an ecommerce team within a retailer, or from an ecommerce solutions background, where they will have acquired a broad understanding of online marketing practices, senior account managment skills and project managemnt experience. You will also have extensive experience of dealing with tier 1 retailer at decision maker level. You will be consultative, approachable and extremely professional, and demonstrate a good understanding of the industry.
