Account Manager - Business Intelligence/SOA/Integration Solutions

My client is International software and Services Company with offices around the world. Their main skill set is based around designing and delivering of technology solutions based around Business Intelligence and integration solutions (EAI/SOA) and they are looking for an Account Manager to join their team in the UK.

The role will see you selling my clients portfolio of software and services across all sectors in the UK & Eire. The emphasis is on new business, where by you will be expected prospect and make introductions into new named accounts and close business. In addition to new business, you will be responsible for a number of existing accounts, which will require you to unlock the maximum potential.

You will come from a Business Intelligence/data integration background (EAI/SOA), with a past record of achievement against targets. You will be an excellent negotiator with the Hunter profile and the ability to manage named accounts. Deal sizes will be large and you have experience and managing big deals within large organisations. Not essential, but deemed advantageous is a 2nd European language.

My client is well respected in the market and they reported excellent sales figures last year, despite being a recession. This role is a priority for them and they want to see strong candidates as soon as possible.
