My client has won multiple awards for their achievements in UK and the European region after establishing their company as a market leader in the US; they have been named in the “top 100 hundred companies to work for” list 2 years in a row now. My client provides E commerce software and services, which allows reviews and ratings from customers. They are looking for a 2/3 Implementation Engineers to join their team and implement their software on customers websites.


Once the sales process has been complete, the account will be passed to a project manager who will take the client through to launch stage. The project manager will be your direct report and he will deploy you to clients with the responsibility of implementing solutions on their website using HTML and CSS. You will also be responsible for the formal testing, troubleshooting, and QA of the solutions.


The ideal candidate will have experience of installing software on B2C websites, with an emphasis on tier 1 retailers. The role is not client facing, but will require you to deal with clients on the phone on a day to day basis and you should therefore have excellent communication skills and good commercial acumen. You need to be degree educated, in computer science or a related subject, and should have an advanced understanding of HTML, Java and CSS. The company is looking for someone who has a great deal of focus and dedication to your job responsibilities and your team; therefore you should have high energy, personal drive and be technically savvy. French language is a bonus, but not a pre-requisite.


The role is paying a basic between £30-£35K (depending on experience).
