Sales Graduates Needed - Hammersmith - Recruitment £38k OTE

Recruitment, Permanent, West London, Basic 18k - £22k, OTE 38k first year, uncapped.

Hammersmith based sales recruitment specialist Saleslogic is looking to expand its West London team. We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are looking to get involved with the high paced work of sales recruitment?

You will get fantastic training and initiation into the world of sales recruitment and will have the opportunity to dictate the future of your career. Successful consultants will progress rapidly within Saleslogic and management opportunities for the right individuals can present themselves as quickly as the first 12 - 18 months.

Your role will contain a mix of new business with account management, with an emphasis on a consultative approach to sales, developing and maintaining relationships and increasing your network. Using various sources, you will establish relationships with clients and candidates from grass roots up to MD level. In effect you will be running your own desk/business and will be responsible for all stages of the sales cycle.

Ideally you will be degree educated with some B2B sales experience. You must be able to demonstrate success in some aspect of either your personal or professional life. You must have the ability to present to senior level directors and have the drive and determination required to excel.
